The Demand Management Analyst will be responsible for managing the end-to-end demand intake process for technology and vendor service requests across Kimberly-Clark's enterprise. This role requires strong organizational capabilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while maintaining compliance with procurement governance frameworks.
Receive, log, and track new technology and vendor service requests submitted by business stakeholders
Maintain an accurate and current demand pipeline dashboard with real-time status updates
Coordinate with requestors to validate business justification, budget alignment, and technical requirements
Escalate demand requests that require VMO CoE review or executive approval
Support the pre-signature contract intake and approval gate process
Assist in maintaining the VMO governance framework including demand intake SLAs and routing workflows
Ensure all new demand submissions comply with established procurement policies and standards
Track and report on demand backlog, cycle times, and throughput metrics
Liaise with business units to gather demand requirements and translate them into actionable procurement briefs
Coordinate with Finance on budget verification and cost centre alignment for new technology requests
Support vendor onboarding activities by coordinating documentation and compliance requirements
Assist in the preparation of sourcing events, RFIs, and vendor evaluation materials
Reporting & Analytics
Maintain and update Excel-based or Power BI demand tracking tools
Generate weekly and monthly demand management status reports for VMO leadership
Identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities within the demand pipeline
Support the development of KPIs and performance metrics for the demand management function

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
3 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, supply chain, or a related field
Experience working in cross-functional, global enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders (IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security)
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to follow up and drive closure
Solid understanding of contract processes and vendor onboarding requirements
Hands-on experience with procurement or CLM tools such as Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow, or equivalent
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation); ability to manage intake and tracking tools
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and competing priorities with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a remote, global setup.
Strong governance, compliance, and process‑discipline mindse
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Fortune 500 or large enterprise IT environment
- Exposure to Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Familiarity with SaaS procurement and software licensing models
- Experience supporting M&A, divestitures, or Transition Services Agreements (TSAs)
- Knowledge of VMO operating models or procurement governance frameworks
- Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard experience
- Procurement certifications (CPSM, CPPM, or equivalent), or currently in progress
