About the team/role:
The Driver Lab is 99’s innovation hub dedicated to enhancing the experience and viability of our partners’ work. Within the Electric Vehicle (EV) team, our mission is to lead the transition toward sustainable mobility. You will join the Engagement area, which is responsible for driving the adoption and active participation of delivery partners and drivers using electric bikes and motorcycles. Your role will be at the heart of our growth, ensuring that our fleet of electric vehicle users is engaged, high-performing, and well-supported by our initiatives.
In this role you will be…:
- Managing Data & Bases: Consolidating and organizing information regarding drivers and delivery partners involved in our EV initiatives.
- Monitoring Performance: Tracking key performance metrics to classify and identify eligible participants for specific engagement campaigns.
- Driving Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary focal point between the internal team and external partner companies.
- Automating Processes: Developing and maintaining automated reports to streamline data tracking and visibility.
- Generating Insights: Analyzing complex datasets to extract strategic insights that will influence business decisions.
- Crafting Presentations: Building high-quality presentations to communicate results and project updates to leadership and partners.

- Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related Exact Sciences fields.
- Language Skills: Advanced English (essential for internal documentation).
- Technical Tools: Knowledge of the Office Package (specifically Excel for data manipulation and PowerPoint for storytelling).
- Analytical Mindset: A natural ability to solve problems using data and a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive & Curious Profile: A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn how things work and how to improve them.
- Interpersonal Skills: Great communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
- Bonus Points (Differentials): Previous experience or knowledge in SQL and Python will be considered a significant plus.
