What will you be doing here?

Nesta posição, você irá liderar a jornada de otimização dos nossos produtos financeiros, atuando diretamente no planejamento estratégico através de Capacity Planning e Forecast operacional e financeiro (P&L).

Além de estruturar indicadores (KPIs) e rotinas de governança, você será o ponto focal estratégico entre as áreas de Backoffice, Financeiro, Regulatório e Jurídico, garantindo a escalabilidade e a qualidade necessária para o nosso negócio acelerar.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Background em Fintechs ou Meios de Pagamento: Experiência em ambientes ágeis e dinâmicos.
• Visão de Produtos Bancários: Conhecimento em ciclo de vida de cartão de crédito, parcelamento e cobrança.
• Domínio Analítico: Capacidade de extrair e interpretar dados para fundamentar decisões (será o seu diferencial).
• Ferramentas: Conhecimento sólido em ferramentas de consumo de dados e dashboards (KPIs).
• Metodologias: Prática com Kanban e análise de oportunidade (cálculo de capacidade/eficiência).

Diferenciais:

• Conhecimento em SQL para consultas e autonomia em dados.
• Experiência prévia com projetos de expansão ou internalização de processos.
