Led by Andre Nudelman, creator and former President of Maple Bear Schools in Latin America, and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Stanford University since 2021. Co-founded by Rogério Luiz (PhD in Computer Science – UFPE/Stanford) and Fernando Cofiel (former COO of Maple Bear for 9 years).

The Challenge
As Sales Director, you will be the architect of our growth engine. We are looking for a veteran with a strategic vision and execution capability to consolidate Liza as the gold standard in pedagogical AI in Brazil and abroad.
Responsibilities
Expansion Strategy: Develop the sales playbook for B2B (elite schools) and B2G (education secretariats/departments);
Leadership and Scale: Structure, recruit, and lead the sales team (SDRs, AEs, and Customer Success);
Complex Negotiations: Lead high-value consultative sales cycles and institutional partnerships;
Pipeline Management: Implement rigorous CRM processes to ensure revenue predictability and CAC/LTV analysis;
Executive Collaboration: Work directly with the founders to align the product roadmap with market demands;Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperience: Minimum of 10 years in commercial leadership, with a proven track record in high-growth EdTech or B2B SaaS companies.
Track Record: Experience taking sales operations from “zero to one” and scaling to large volumes.
Startup & Corporate Experience: Proven experience working in both startups and large companies.
Education Sector Sales (Mandatory): Strong sales experience in the education sector is required, including experience with private schools and/or public education systems.
Market Domain: Deep knowledge of the Brazilian educational ecosystem (private and public).
Languages: Fluent English (essential for interface with the operation and Stanford mentorship).
