Transmission Operations and Maintenance Supervisor – Affirmative Opportunity for Women

Your Responsibilities
- Supervise the operations and maintenance team, defining action plans, goals, and performance indicators aligned with a culture of safety and operational excellence.
- Plan and monitor the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on transmission equipment, ensuring compliance with deadlines and technical specifications.
- Ensure asset availability and reliability by analyzing failures, proposing improvements, optimizing costs, and defining spare parts inventory policies.
- Oversee inspections, functionality tests, and technical assessments on local systems and equipment.
- Monitor services performed by contractors, ensuring quality and contractual compliance, and reporting deviations to the contract representative.
- Analyze technical reports prepared by the team, assess abnormalities, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Apply the Integrated Management System (IMS) tools, promoting the dissemination of occupational safety and environmental culture.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of operational procedures, safety standards, and both general and specialized maintenance techniques.
- Experience in people management and leadership of technical teams.
- Proficiency in computer applications (word processors, spreadsheets, presentations) and O&M management software.
- Knowledge of administrative processes, including procurement, contracts, and technical specifications.
- Valid Category B driver’s license.
- Basic to intermediate English is desirable, as well as postgraduate studies in project management, people management, or innovation.
- Strong awareness of risk management, conflict resolution skills, and emotional intelligence.
