Planning and frameworks: Implement and maintain alliance management tools (charters, RACIs, KPI scorecards, SLAs, escalation playbooks), fostering a collaboration mindset and results focus. 4. Multi-level alignment: Ensure priority alignment among local, regional, and global teams (business and operations), linking alliance objectives to commercial, medical, and access goals. 5. Integration and compliance: Engage internal teams (including outside Brazil) to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance best practices, including pharmacovigilance and data governance. 6. Apply now and be part of our journey to shape the future! ● Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. ● Knowledge of Brazilian healthcare dynamics, particularly the private market (retail channel, private hospitals, payers/insurers, PBMs). ● Proven experience in alliance/partnership management or business development in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a track record in execution and governance. ● Fluency in opportunity assessment, basic deal financials (milestones, royalties, co-funding), and partnership performance indicators. ● Advanced English with strong engagement skills for global stakeholders. ● Experience with planning tools and project frameworks (RACI, OKRs, PMO, risk management).
