Responsibilities:

Provide support across a wide range of programs and activities within Human Resources operations, with an emphasis on delivering excellent service to employees, ensuring their satisfaction when handling requests and issues, and maintaining efficiency and smooth functioning of the department's operations.

• Provide first-line support for questions and issues related to Human Resources processes, ensuring efficient and effective service.
• Assist employees through various channels (phone, email, and ticketing system), logging and tracking requests in an organized and timely manner.
• Resolve issues and provide information about HR policies and procedures clearly and accurately, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Deliver a positive internal customer service experience, focusing on quick resolution or proper escalation of requests, while keeping employees informed about the status of their inquiries.
• Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with employees, demonstrating empathy and effective communication in every interaction.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
