What will you be doing here?
Como Analista Pleno de Consumer Insights, você será responsável por apoiar o processo de pesquisas de mercado e elaborar análises integrando diferentes fontes de dados. Sua missão será colaborar com a tomada de decisão do negócio global frente às categorias de beleza Natura e Avon, através de insights claros e acionáveis a respeito do consumidor e do mercado
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
- Realizar e acompanhar pesquisas quantitativas e qualitativas, através de diferentes metodologias e fornecedores;
- Produzir análises de dados, transformando-os em insights acionáveis e relevantes para negócio;
- Integrar diferentes fontes de dados (pesquisas, dados secundários, etc.) para a realização de desk research;
- Produzir apresentações que consigam comunicar insights complexos de forma clara, concisa e visual;
- Estabelecer parcerias com stakeholders internos e fornecedores para assegurar a qualidade e cumprimento dos prazos de entrega;
- Realizar controle do orçamento
- Superior completo em: Administração, Marketing, engenharia, ou áreas afins;
- Experiência em pesquisa de mercado (quantitativa e qualitativa) e análise de dados de mercado e consumidor, com foco em inovação e performance de mercado;
- Conhecimento de diferentes ferramentas e metodologias de pesquisa;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização e planejamento
- Desejável: espanhol avançado e experiência em projetos América Latina.
