• Supplier Family Architecture
• Define and implement a supplier family attribute within SAP.
• Ensure supplier + family determines inspection logic and plan selection.
• Apply structure to both new and existing suppliers.
• Full redesign of inspection plan architecture (QP01).
• Correct current plan corruption (incorrect groupings, full groups, legacy issues).
• Evaluate deleting all historical inspection plans and rebuilding.
• Establish governance to prevent future inconsistencies.

Automated Inspection Plan Creation

• Automatically generate inspection plans upon creation of a Quality Info Record (QI01).
• Automation must consider: supplier, family, revision level, and material type.• Assign correct templates for each supplier family (wires, breakers, relays, CTs, sheet metal, etc.).
• Replace the current Excel/script-based method, which produces generic plans.

Volume & Operational Constraints

• High daily volume of new or revised materials (20–50 per day).
• Materials without inspection plans cannot enter the plant, causing delays.

NCR Migration

• Migrate the entire NCR process from MTool to SAP.
• Ensure full traceability with defects, inspection lots, and inspection results.
• Align defect catalogs and usage decision integration.
• Evaluate potential SAP-integrated NCR tools referenced by Corporate Quality.

Supplier Performance Analytics (Third Priority)

• Replace manual Excel updates with automated data flow from SAP → Snowflake → Power BI.
• Maintain and automate KPIs (NCR count, cost, VPM, trends, supplier ratings).

Advanced QM Capabilities

• Evaluate quantitative inspection, SPC capability, and feasibility within SAP.
• Determine whether SPC would be handled inside SAP or via external tools.

SAP IT Feedback & Agreements

• Scope requires review by SAP Solution Architect (Venkat Sach or Aman).
• Automated plan creation appears feasible pending technical analysis.
• NCR migration and Snowflake integration will require custom development.
• Project may follow Agile or a dedicated development model depending on scope.
• SAP IT will provide a timeline after internal architectural review.

• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English with non-Spanish speakers
• Willing to go to the office from Monday to Friday in Queretaro office
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• knowledge of project development/implementation processes.
• Solid presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and business acumen skills
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM module.
• Proven track record of leading SAP QM implementations or rollouts.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
• Experience with integration points between QM and other SAP modules.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage change.
• Willing to participate in a 6-month assignment with a high possibility of extension
