Overview of the role:
- We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Staff Product Manager to champion innovation and drive the long-term vision for the Payments Products at Flutter Brazil. As one of the leading sports betting ecosystems in the country, Flutter Brazil is recognised for its innovation, operational excellence, and user-centred experience.
- As a seasoned product expert, you’ll be pivotal in defining and delivering complex, high-impact, user-focused solutions that drive significant business outcomes and influence product strategy — particularly in the PAM area.
What you’ll do:
- Own the squad roadmap, backlog and OKRs, driving improvements in payment performance, reliability and conversion.
- Define and prioritize initiatives to optimize deposit conversion, approval rates and transaction success.
- Lead discovery and experimentation to improve payment flows, provider routing and overall transaction performance.
- Deliver scalable payment solutions through close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
- Ensure alignment with stakeholders on roadmap, integrations and payment performance outcomes.
- Use data, user feedback and performance metrics to continuously optimize the payment experience.
- Connect squad initiatives to broader product and business goals, ensuring measurable impact.
What you’ll bring:
- Payments & Fintech Expertise: Experience working with payments ecosystems, PSP integrations, payment orchestration or financial transaction platforms. Understanding of deposit and withdrawal flows, transaction routing, payment approval optimization.
- Customer Focus: A proven track record of leveraging a deep understanding of users and strategic collaboration to disrupt and significantly enhance product experience within a large organization like Flutter Brazil.
- Effective Communication: SExpert skills in managing executive stakeholders, setting strategic direction and tailoring communication styles to influence decisions across varying technical and executive audiences.
- Analytical and Curious: Strong critical thinking abilities, data interpretation skills and a relentless drive to understand and improve processes.
- Action-Oriented: A proven ability to proactively identify and resolve high-stakes, systemic risks and successfully lead teams through fast-paced, ambiguous environments with resilience. Comfortable managing payment incidents, provider issues and performance fluctuations.
- Facilitation: Extensive experience in promoting cross-functional collaboration and establishing internal communities of practice.
- Product Experience: Deep expertise in managing UX/UI-focused products, prioritising user, and improving operational efficiency through simplification.
- Experience managing transactional, high-scale digital products, with a strong emphasis on payments.
- Advanced or Fluent English
