Overview of the role:
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and high-impact experiences across Flutter Brazil’s product ecosystem. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to transform user needs and business goals into elegant, data-informed design solutions. We’re looking for someone who combines strong UX/UI craft with strategic thinking – a designer who is not only focused on usability, but also passionate about creating compelling, behavior-driven and entertainment-led experiences that truly engage users.
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery through delivery
- Translate product goals, constraints, and insights into clear UX problems and impactful solutions
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data to define scope and shape solutions
- Leverage research and data to inform decisions and continuously iterate
- Identify opportunities beyond immediate features, contributing to broader product direction
- Influence product strategy through strong design rationale, user insights, and data
- Design with a holistic mindset, considering the full user journey and ecosystem
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience across the full product design lifecycle (UX, UI, interaction design)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges
- Experience using data and user insights to guide design decisions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present ideas and rationale
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality design craft
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think beyond individual features
- Bonus: Experience or interest in gamification, engagement systems, or entertainment-driven products
We require a candidate who has achieved or is capable of the following:
- Successfully delivered end-to-end product design solutions in complex environments
- Influenced product decisions through design, data, and user-centered thinking
- Worked in fast-paced, collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ownership of design outcomes and measurable impact on user experience
- Contributed to scaling or evolving product experiences in a structured way
