Overview of the role: 

Reporting into the BF Brazil Performance Manager, this role plays a key part in shaping how performance is understood and acted upon across Sportsbook, Gaming and Exchange.

You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver clear performance reporting, strong narratives and actionable insights that support BF Brazil’s growth ambitions. The role spans day-to-day performance management and strategic decision support, with a focus on revenue drivers, ROI, customer behaviour and regulatory impact across the customer lifecycle.

What you’ll do:  

Performance Reporting & Narrative

• Deliver clear, consistent BAU reporting across Sportsbook, Gaming and Exchange (weekly, monthly and event-based).

• Develop a compelling performance narrative, explaining what happened, why, and what actions to take.

• Track and interpret key commercial drivers including GGR/NGR, staking, margin and customer engagement.

• Provide decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders, focusing on what matters most.

• Support definition and tracking of success measures including budget, phasing and cross-brand comparisons.

Generosity, Acquisition & ROI

• Analyse promotional and generosity performance, assessing ROI and efficiency across products and mechanics.

• Support acquisition funnel analysis, from registration through early lifecycle, identifying optimisation opportunities.

• Partner with CVM to understand customer value, segmentation and lifecycle journeys (retention, reactivation, churn).

• Help shift spend towards higher-value customer segments, aligning with Group methodologies where possible.

Regulatory Awareness & Change

• Assess the performance impact of regulatory changes in Brazil.

• Adapt reporting and analysis to clearly communicate short- and long-term implications.

Collaboration & Future Foundations

• Contribute to building scalable, robust performance and analytics foundations.

• Share best practice and improve documentation to ensure analysis is repeatable and transferable.

What you’ll bring:

• Fluent English Required.

• Product Analytics experience using Goole analytics (preferred)

• Strong SQL capability: experience with Looker or similar BI tools is an advantage.

• Strong analytical background with high numerical aptitude.

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. maths, statistics, economics).

• 1+ years’ experience in a commercial, customer-focused analytical or performance role.

• Knowledge of sports betting, gaming or exchanges is an advantage.

• Clear communicator, able to translate complex analysis for varied audiences.

• A proactive team player who builds strong relationships and influences effectively.
