About the Role
Are you passionate about education, highly knowledgeable about the BNCC, and excited about digital tools? We are looking for a professional who can serve as the strategic bridge between our technology and the school environment.
We believe pedagogy comes before technology. That’s why we are not simply looking for a software trainer, but someone who understands the challenges faced by school coordinators and the daily realities of teachers, helping them transform classroom practices through our solution. If you have the mindset of an Educational Consultant combined with the dynamism of an Implementation Director, this role is for you.
What You Will Do:
School Onboarding: Lead the implementation of our platform in new institutions, ensuring a smooth and inspiring onboarding experience;
Teacher Training: Plan and deliver remote workshops focused on how to teach using our platform;
Pedagogical Alignment: Ensure product usage is fully aligned with BNCC competencies and guidelines;
Strategic Consulting: Support pedagogical coordinators in analyzing usage data and student engagement strategies;
Voice of the Customer: Act as the bridge between schools’ pedagogical needs and our product development team;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or Teaching/Licensure programs (required);
Experience: Previous experience working in schools (as a teacher or coordinator) and/or experience in EdTech companies. Experience with elementary schools is a plus;
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the BNCC, as well as familiarity with active learning methodologies and blended learning;
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, pedagogical patience, and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Tech-Savvy: Natural ease in learning new digital tools and software platforms;
Preferred qualifications
Advanced/Fluent English;
Postgraduate degree in Instructional Design or Educational Technology;
