What will you be doing here?
Profissional com alto grau de autonomia, responsável pelas áreas de expedição e planejamento no CD Cabreuva, englobando os processos de faturamento, expedição e processos de apoio transversais (entre eles, segurança, qualidade, loss prevention, finanças, projetos). Possui gestão de time de supervisores e time indireto de aprox. 150 pessoas. Possui interface direta com a equipe de WH, shipping, planejamento, transportes, TI, RH, suprimentos, etc. É Necessário ter alta capacidade analítica para mapeamento de oportunidades e alto poder de organização e execução para entregar as propostas incluídas em planos táticos e evolução dos indicadores de segurança, qualidade, meio ambiente, eficiência, serviço.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
– Participar da criação do plano estratégico da regional e tático do ano vigente, bem como execução das ações;;
– Garantir as rotinas diárias e semanais nos pilares de Segurança e Meio Ambiente; Processos e Eficiência (produtividade e loss prevention); Pessoas; Qualidade; Nível de Serviço;
– Reporte diário e semanal dos temas para o Gerente Regional.
– Garantir os indicadores mensais dentro das metas, com análises de diagnósticos e planos de ação para reversão ainda dentro do mês;
– Propor oportunidades de melhorias dos processos e controles para novos patamares do CD;
– Realizar gestão e desenvolvimento de equipe;
– Realizar interface direta com equipe de WH, Shipping e Transportes
– Realizar controle e melhoria dos processos financeiros e orçamentários do CD.
