Purchasing Assistant Job
Develop and conduct negotiations/relationship with key suppliers
Process knowledge, lead time for new developed item, manufacturing availability, etc.
Reach cost savings targets, support process improvement initiatives and assure cost management
Identify best sources for part quotation, assure RFQ on time/cost/delivery, selecting best supplier for every necessity assuring local and global alignment prior sourcing approval
Provide coordination and support for other buyers and departments as required
Develop purchase bids for multiple projects while interacting with internal teams (engineering, quality, logistics, manufacturing, project managers, etc.)
Sign and organize contract of your suppliers (warranty/quality and logistics agreement as well as complete LTA – Long Term Agreement)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably), Business Administration/Comex or any other business area
Intermediate/Advanced level of English are available requirement according the business area needs
Knowledge in MS Office, mainly Excel and PPT.
