Typical accountabilities will include:

  • Responsible for the patient support programs for primary care and specialties as well as the broad initiatives for AstraZeneca
  • Responsible for the Fazbem brand and activities and the integration with the pharmacy program.
  • Support the regional initiatives to be implemented in Brazil related to Patient Support Programs and Digital Innovation
  • Builds strong strategic relationships with complex and broad customer groups, and develops a deep understanding of business strategy, future direction, changes and needs. Set up representation projects to understand demand
  • Develops programs Business Cases, encourages accurate actions to implement and monitor the programs and gives information to the Business Areas, assuring customer satisfaction and performance metrics to define and oversee value execution
  • Lead high-level surveys on requirement specifications and feasibility studies and advise on alternative practices
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to provide innovative solutions to customer problems / challenges and situations where cutting edge technological innovations can be deployed to the benefit of the business


Works in collaboration with:

Client groups to build their understanding of AZ strategy, programs and challenges and manage expectations by effectively aligning needs with IS supply capability Strategy functions, planning and innovation, architecture, portfolio management and project management to agree on the future aspect of the proposed solutions and to set up partnerships around specific projects project managers to ensure the identification of synergies and innovation opportunities between companies Portfolio managers to initiate projects, define and monitor project execution and its value compared to expected benefits Customer Relations Department function in order to ensure that all the interface points with the rest of the company operate efficiently, management of the overall satisfaction rate and dynamic identification of risks and problems, without forget the points to improve


Essential for the role:

  • English is mandatory
  • Complete Degree
  • Solid knowledge of the main organic trends advanced pharmaceuticals, the revelance of adoption and implementation of solutions innovative information services
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong skills in influencing, networking an teamwork
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and development of innovative solutions
  • Ability to manage negotiations, expectations and solutions with complex groups
  • Proven efficiency in terms of results obtained
  • Experience in Marketing and marketing communications
