Digital Platforms Coordinator
The GMSA Digital Platforms Coordinator will be responsible for:
Leading GMSA Chevrolet digital platform strategy to offer the best experience to our current and potential customers. You will need to design and ensure the execution of the UX and Performance improvement plan of the sites:
Sites map and browsing experience
Tools improvements and integrations: Forms, Geolocation, Recall, Financing tools, support to WhatsApp
Content: Governance of global guidelines, launches planning, CGIs use, videos, Colorizer, legal aspects, etc.
Content Management: back-end tools and process enhancement
Additionally, you will lead the site customization project by audiences (Adobe Target), as well as drive the map of the GMSA websites platforms towards convergence.
The scope of the position covers all Chevrolet digital platforms such as Brand sites, Retail sites and Dealers sites (DDP). Also, you will give support to the eCommerce project. Regarding other platforms related to non-carline businesses (Owner Center, AC Delco, Friends & Family), you will act as an advisor.
What will your role be?
You will interact on a regular basis with regional and local Marketing leaders (Retail, Product, Content, Media, CRM, etc.). Additionally, you will be responsible for directing the relationship with regional and global GMIT for the platforms under your responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Advertising, IT, Engineering or Similar.
Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish will be a plus.
We are looking for a professional with a strong experience and technical knowledge in Digital Marketing.
Organizational Agility, Negotiating and complex problems solving skills are necessary for the position.
