Position Description

  • Process orders in the SAP system (Brazilian market)
  • Release pending orders (Products that were not in stock)
  • Control of order deadlines

– Constant follow-up with customers and sales team – Scheduling of product collection with the carrier

  • Request a quote for shipping
  • Registration of new customers in the Salesforce system and inactivate registration
  • Opening calls with support teams to report problems with the system or to create orders
  • Request to sign orders
  • Consultation with the Internal Revenue Service and Post Office to register new customers
  • Price registration in SAP for customers who have a contract
  • Feed the manual import spreadsheet for products (Parts and equipment)
  • Confirm the processing of the customer order through SalesForce and keep the SAP order / customer order / contact number updated for registration and case tracking.
  • After-sales: Support to external customers, distributors, representatives and managers, informing product specifications, catalogs, technical documentation, price list, delivery period, sending a copy of the invoice for price proof, order positions, stock and product expiration dates
  • Generate Product Analysis Certificate on the QIAGEN website
  • Request products with a specific expiration date at the QIAGEN factory
  • Request a credit limit for the finance company

– Invoice return – Request documentation for the customer, filling out the returns sheet, requesting a return and re-invoicing if necessary, creating a folder with all the return history, requesting a freight quote for the collection of the material

  • Delivery confirmation with the Carrier (Bomi) or Dashboard for customers and sellers
  • Request Letters of Credit
  • Telephone assistance to external customers and QIAGEN Brazil salespeople
  • Report complaints received by email and by phone
  • Redirect queries from customers and sellers
  • Carry out promotional disclosures requested by the marketing area, reporting the information to the SAP system

Position Requirements

Complete higher education in the areas of Administration or Biological Sciences

Knowledge in SAP and CRM Systems (preferably SalesForce)
Desirable experience in telephone and e-mail assistance
Being a communicative person, organized, focused, responsible, proactive, dynamic, easy in relationships, teamwork, sense of urgency, good written and verbal communication.
